Marvelous! I'm also intrigued by the two-way bicycle lane!
Here on the coast, bicycle lanes are a new concept. In the town of Estepona, where I live, the authorities are laying the first bicycle lane on the outskirts of town, we're losing one lane for vehicles. Early days to make a comment, apart from "optimistically different".
