TORREMOLINOS train station to have vital accessibility

Currently the station at Torremolinos lacks vital ramps or lifts, persons with reduced mobility, wheelchair users or even those with pushchairs are not able to access the platforms.

Finally after years of complaints by passengers and three requests from the Town Hall to Renfe, the Ministry of Development has agreed to upgrade the facilities. The work is due for completion within the next two years.

The train line runs from Malaga City, stopping at Malaga Airport and finally to the town of Fuengirola.

Yes the time line of two years for some will feel like forever.

I know how this feels as my station is inaccessable.
Am glad you are getting your upgrade at long last.

Designers also need to take in consideration our aging population, some of whom suffer with disorientation, the signs need to to be super clear, icon style is perfect.
